Tillito

How it Works

Step 1

Exploration Call & Requirements Gathering

We would like to schedule a phone or in-person meeting with one of our onshore experts for you. At this stage, you will gain a complete understanding of Tillito’s offshoring process and how we operate.Additionally, we will understand your firm’s processes, requirements, and goals.

Offshoring is a decision that should be considered carefully, and we are available to answer all your questions. At this point, we will have an initial service agreement signed, which does not obligate Tillito to hire candidates.

Step 2

Review Profiles & shortlist matches

Our experts will carefully review your requirements gathered at stage 1 and begin searching for the best-fit profile(s). We plan to send them to you within the next few days for your review.
We only sent a few profiles to complicate your decision. We send one profile for each role at a time to schedule an interview. If interested in the profile, please provide us with your preferred time slots.

The majority of the time, we have seen our clients hire the first candidate interviewed after we have reviewed and shortlisted the candidates. However, if you are unsatisfied with the profile, we will send you the next best match.

When we receive a hiring request from you, there are three scenarios:

Step 3

Client Interview, Assessment

Interview the candidate at a time that is convenient for you and provide your feedback. It is possible to interview the candidate more than once. We have pre-screened the candidate for technical and communication skills and time zone compatibility to reduce the risk of hiring the incorrect candidate.

Assessment Tests: You can share your assessment tests with the candidate, and they can take them according to your testing area requirements.

Just consider your offshore staff as one of your onshore team members and if you have any training or activities as part of your onboarding process, that same should apply to your offshore staff. These trainings will enable offshore teams gaining essential understanding of their job role and responsibilities.

Understanding Processes and Client Work

Understanding Processes and Client Work

It is necessary for the offshore staff to fully realize the procedures and practices followed within your organization. The offshore staff should also gather insights into the nature of client work they will be handling. It is a time, eventually with each work day passing offshore staff comes across various scenarios and team members of onshore team and learns more about your firm’s culture and procedures.
Step 03
